I think i have social anxiety (my sister has got it too) When i’m in school i get very tired and drowsy, and i yawn alot too. But when i get home i’m find, can that be caused by the social? anxiety please answer!!

More than likely, this? is an interesting doco but does seem like an extended ad for anti depressants and CBT, i’m in the same boat as you been through the cliche treatments and have received no benefit
